An independent advisor for EV charging on commercial property.
ZEEE Green Business Consultancy is an independent EV charging advisor based in Santo Tomas, Batangas, serving commercial property owners across CALABARZON, Philippines. It assesses whether a property suits EV charging and advises owners on how to plan and evaluate their charging options, including DOE-accredited charging Providers. ZEEE Green does not sell, install or operate chargers, and it does not broker, lease or sell property.
ZEEE Green is pronounced "Zee Green".
What we do.
Many property owners hear about electric vehicle (EV) charging from someone selling chargers. We are the other side of that conversation.
We look at your property with you and tell you plainly whether EV charging makes sense there. If it does, we help you understand your options and compare what Department of Energy (DOE) accredited Providers offer. If it does not, we tell you early, before you have spent anything.
What we do not do.
Not a reseller.
We sell no chargers, no software and no installation.
Not tied to a Provider.
No single Provider is our answer regardless of the site.
Not electrical engineers.
ZEEE Green does not carry out electrical design or assessments. Electrical review is done by the charging Provider's licensed engineers.
* We also do not broker, lease or sell property.
Jerreson Cabalde (Eson)
Eson spent more than 15 years in operations leadership in the business process outsourcing industry before founding ZEEE Green. He is based in Santo Tomas, Batangas, and works with property owners across CALABARZON.
Why I started ZEEE Green
I started ZEEE Green with a simple intention: to help everyday property owners, like the local businesses here in Santo Tomas, Batangas, understand how EV charging can create new opportunities for their businesses.
I moved from the outsourcing industry into EV infrastructure because I wanted to help speed up the adoption of electric vehicles in the Philippines. As I learned the industry, I saw two groups who need each other: property owners, who have the locations, and Providers, who have the technology and the expertise. What was missing was an independent advisor who understands both sides and helps property owners turn a possible opportunity into a project that actually works.
Eson Cabalde
The question is no longer whether the Philippine EV market will grow, but "whether (the country) can build the right infrastructure quickly enough, in the right locations, and under commercially sustainable business models."
Jerreson Cabalde, quoted in The Business Times (Singapore), August 2026
