Know whether your site works before you spend.
This is an advisory engagement that starts with a meeting. We look at your site with you, give you a written result, and help you evaluate your options.
Five steps, and you can stop at any of them.
You book a time
The calendar on the home page. About two minutes. Nothing is committed and no Provider sees anything.
We confirm within two business days
A real reply from ZEEE Green, not an autoresponder. If we are at capacity we will say so and give you a date.
The screening meeting
About an hour, on site or by call. We work through the site with you. This is the part that costs nothing.
The banded result, in writing
Strong Fit, Possible Fit or Unlikely Fit, with the reasons. Yours to keep, and to show anybody.
You decide what happens next
We help you compare charging options, including Department of Energy (DOE) accredited Providers. A paid engagement if the site is complex and you want one. Or nothing at all. All three are normal outcomes. Any next step after your result is agreed in writing before it starts.
What a screening covers.
We look at the site, the parking, how long people stay, the likely demand, and who controls the property. You answer the questions and we check what we can. The result comes back as a band, not a score, because a precise-looking number would be false precision.
How the result is decided.
The band follows from the answers, not from a judgement on the day. If a site lands in Unlikely Fit, the result says why. If you think something was answered wrong, tell us and we will rerun it. The result is a document, so it can be argued with.
What we do not do.
ZEEE Green does not carry out electrical design or assessments. Electrical review is done by the charging Provider's licensed engineers.
The meeting is free. So is the result.
Whatever it says. What happens next depends on which band your property lands in.
Strong Fit
The site works as it stands. We help you evaluate charging options, including DOE-accredited Providers, and compare what they offer.
No fee to you
Possible Fit
The site works if one or two things are resolved first. We name them in writing, then help you compare options the same way.
No fee to you
Unlikely Fit
The standard route does not work here. If you want us to work out whether another route could, that is a paid advisory engagement, quoted before it starts. If not, you walk away owing nothing.
From PHP 15,000, only if you choose to proceed
Why we are telling you this before you book
The only outcome that leads to a fee is the one where we tell you the easy route will not work. That is an obvious place for an advisor to have a conflict, so we handle it in the open. The band follows from your answers, the result is in writing, and the paid engagement is always optional and always quoted first.
Where the income actually comes from.
Before anyone quotes you a machine, it is worth understanding where the income comes from, because it decides whether your property is a good site or an expensive one. Nothing here is a projection for your property. The numbers for your site come out of the screening.
Drivers pay per kWh
What the driver is charged for each kilowatt hour they take. This is the top line, and it is set by whoever operates the charger.
The site pays the utility less
Your commercial tariff, plus any demand charge. This is the cost line, and the demand charge is the part most people miss.
The gap is the pool
What is left over is split between whoever paid for the equipment, whoever operates it, and the property. Who gets what is decided by the deployment model, not by the machine.
How busy the chargers are decides everything
Utilisation makes or breaks a site, and nobody can promise it to you. A charger that sits idle still costs the same to install and still attracts the same fixed electricity charges. Two identical chargers on two different properties can produce completely different results, and the difference is almost always foot traffic and dwell time rather than the equipment.
Which charger is really a question about time
Charging speed should suit how long people already stay. Alternating current (AC) suits places people stay: offices, hotels, resorts, condominiums. Cheaper, and far lighter on your electrical supply. Direct current (DC) fast charging suits places people pass: highway stops, fuel stations, quick service retail. Expensive, and it needs capacity most existing properties do not have spare.
Five ways to build it.
Five different incomes.
The deployment model decides who pays for the equipment, who operates it, who carries a bad month, and what form your income takes. It matters more than the brand of charger. You do not have to pick one before the screening.
| Model | Who pays to build | What the property gets | Who carries the risk |
|---|---|---|---|
| You own it | You | All of the margin | You |
| Zero capital expenditure | The Provider | Rent, or a share of revenue | The Provider |
| Charge point operator | The Provider | A share, usually smaller, with no involvement | The Provider |
| Hybrid | Split | Negotiated | Split |
| Equipment lease | The Provider, and you pay a fixed amount each month | All of the margin, after that payment | You |
The one number we will not give you
We are not going to tell you what your property will earn. Anybody who gives you that figure before looking at your electrical supply, your parking, your dwell time and your traffic is selling you something. Some properties should not have EV chargers. If yours is one of them, the useful thing we can do is tell you early, before you have spent anything, and explain why.
What the screening deliberately leaves out.
It is not an electrical survey. Electrical review is done by the Provider's licensed engineers. It does not give you a guaranteed revenue figure. It does not tell you which Provider is best, because that depends on terms nobody has seen yet. What it does is tell you whether to spend money on the next step.
Ready to see where your property stands?
One of 25 screening slots each month. The meeting and the result cost nothing.
